General Instructions
  1. You can register your civil engg. complaints through
    • Internet : 24 x 7
    • Smart Mobile Phone: 24 x 7
    • CUG/DOT/Rly Phone : working days from 7.00 hrs. to 19.00 hrs.
    • In case of emergency after office hours, please call concerned IOW.
    • Manual Application : - do-
  2. You will get SMS of complaint no. at your Mobile Phone.
  3. Completion of work will be intimated to you by SMS.
  4. You should give feedback on the job card of artisan who will attend to your complaint.
  5. Mobile App can be downloaded from 'Play Store' or website dli.ircms.in
  6. This service is currently available for Sarojini Nagar, Gulabi Bagh, Sewa Nagar, Lody, Nizamuddin, Okhala, Lajpat Nagar and Jangpura Colonies for engineering complaints only.
  7. Online complaints on IRCMS are commencing with effect from 23rd February 2015 for SP Marg, San Martin Marg and PK Road Railway colonies.
